Villa Karma is our home, and we love sharing it. We have put together these guidelines to make sure your stay is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including your neighbours. Most of it is common sense. If you ever have a question or need anything at all during your stay, just reach out.

Booking & Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The remaining rental fee must be paid no later than 30 days prior to check-in.
  • A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after check-out, subject to any deductions for damages or violations of these terms.
  • Cancellation policies apply as per your booking confirmation.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: Between 17:00 and 19:00. Late check-ins must be arranged in advance.
  • Check-out: Before 09:00. Late check-out without prior approval may result in an additional charge.
  • All keys, alarm fob, and garage opener must be returned to their designated locations before departure.

House Rules

No Smoking
  • Smoking inside the villa is not permitted at any time.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly and be mindful of fire hazards.
    • Pool & Jacuzzi
    • Please shower before entering pool and Jacuzzi.
    • Waterproof sunscreen only. Regulary sonscrren damages the water quality and filtration system.
    • If excessive cleaning or pool draining is required due to non-compliance with these rules, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
Parties & Gatherings
  • Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. If you have a special occasion in mind, please reach out in advance and we will do our best to help.
  • Serious or repeated breaches of this may result in an early end to your stay.
Air Conditioning
  • Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property.
  • All doors and windows must remain closed while the A/C is in use.
  • Excessive electricity consumption may result in an additional charge.
Quiet Hours
  • Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.
  • Excessive noise or disturbance to neighbours may result in fines or early termination of your stay.

Property Use & Maintenance

Toilets & Plumbing
  • Please flush toilet paper only. Do not dispose of sanitary products, wipes, or other materials in the toilet.
  • Any plumbing issues caused by improper use will be the responsibility of the guest to cover.
Pool & Jacuzzi
  • Guests must shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi.
  • No food, glass, or sharp objects are permitted in or around the pool or jacuzzi.
  • The jacuzzi cover must be replaced after use to maintain water quality and temperature.
  • Please inform management immediately if the water becomes cloudy or any issue arises.
Waste & Recycling
  • Please sort waste into general waste and recycling (glass, plastic, and paper).
  • Ensure all rubbish is properly disposed of in the designated bins.
WiFi & Smart TV
  • Complimentary WiFi is available throughout your stay. Network: Villa Karma · Password: puntaeuropa6a
  • You are welcome to log into your own apps on the Smart TV. Please remember to log out before departure.

Security & Safety

  • An alarm fob is provided for your security. Please activate the alarm when leaving the villa for an extended period.
  • All keys, alarm fob, and garage opener must be returned to their designated locations at check-out.
  • The property is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
  • In case of emergency, call 112 for Police, Fire & Medical Services.

Liability & Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We will always discuss any issues openly and fairly.
  • Villa Karma is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
  • In the rare case of serious violations of these terms, we reserve the right to end the stay early and make appropriate deductions from the security deposit.
